RETURN POLICY

Warranty:

As METALDETECT.CA is not a repair or service facility, units or parts that become defective or need service after field use, MUST be returned to the manufacturers designated repair facility for all repairs and service under the terms of the manufacturers warranty agreement.  All warranties are directly with the manufacturer but are handled centrally in Canada.

We will assist with communications to begin any warranty process, we are here to serve you.

This is the case with all Canadian dealers the hobby is still smaller so the manufacturers handle all product issues directly.

Returns:

All products will ship from our location or the manufacturer's certified distributor in new condition and all sales are final.  Unused products in the original packaging and in resaleable condition may be returned for full refund minus a 20 percent restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

To return an item, please contact us by email to request a return authorization number (RA#). To help us serve you better, please include your name, phone number, invoice number and the reason for your return request in the body of the email. Once the return is approved, a return authorization number will be provided and must be displayed on the return label. The return number will allow us to link your return back to the original order.
